I have been a real estate agent since 2003. Prior to that, I was an outside sales representative selling supplies to interior designers; Fabrics, wall coverings, area rugs, etc. I was traveling all over Northern California and Northern Nevada. I got tired of the traveling and of being away from home and husband, so decided on a different sales career, real estate. I started my career at a small start up firm. It was the perfect atmosphere for a new agent. I was one of the first agents hired at the firm, so I got a great deal of one on one training directly from my broker. This gave me a great jump start. In 2006 I came to Windermere Real Estate, which is now, Gold Country Realty. This firm is a perfect fit, as it shares my sense of values and commitment to the client, above all else. My specialty is helping those that are relocating from other cities or states. I love to share all that this community offers; Great location, weather, schools and people. As best friends, we love doing things together. We are avid fly fishers. This usually takes us to some beautiful places where we enjoy our surroundings as much as the fishing. Well, Jeff may enjoy the fishing more. He’s a much more serious fisherman than I. We golf together. Ride bikes. I go for the fluffy rides without too many hills, Jeff goes on his own when he wants to do a 50 mile ride! He recently completed a 300 mile ride! We are both serious students of the Bible and volunteer several hours each month in promoting bible education. We have a yellow lab named “Buddy” that brings us endless giggles. We have two grown children. Jason is in the Air Force reserves, working toward being an officer. Nikki is a great stay at home mom. She takes care of our adorable grandchildren, Austin and Emilee.
